Are there disabled and parent/child facilities available at Park Mall?

Yes,  these are located under the Ashford Toilet scheme within both East Kent Mobility and The Little Tea Pot between the times of 09:00 – 17:00 where the toilets are freely open to the public without having to purchase anything.

What access is available to the centre for disabled customers or families with pushchairs?

Lifts are located at the Ground Floor of the ABC multi story car park and gives access to all 4 floors of the carpark. There are ramps and flat level access to the centre and the centre is accessible through all 4 entrances of the mall on a flat level  Park Mall is an outdoor centre and is accessible for both disabled customers and families with pushchairs.

Can I hire mobility equipment at Park Mall?
